We are looking for an ambitious and motivated office administrator to support a growing architectural practice. The ideal candidate would be someone that is willing to build on their skills and duties within the company to work towards becoming Office Manager or business manager
Currently, this is a remote working role and we will consider full time and part time applicants.
Required Skills and Experience
Excellent organisation skills.
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
Experience in the architectural or construction industry is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superior people skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Comfortable with technology.
Ability to learn about our services to help clients.
Good at working to project deadlines.
Ability to learn quickly and is keen to embrace new technology solutions.
General office administration duties will include:
Answering phone calls and dealing with sales enquiries responding promptly and accurately over the phone and via e-mail.
Booking in measured site surveys & topographical surveys.
Create project fee proposal documents.
General office duties (paying purchase invoices and paperwork management etc)
Complete and submit project applications and inform clients of their application costs.
Advise clients on costs such as architectural costs, planning application fees and building control fees.
Submit project architectural documents to construction companies for tender.
Managing CRM
Sending emails and typing up documents.
Managing companies holiday diary.
This is a full-time position, starting immediately.
The position available is for a Remote Working Position.
