PLEASE NOTE This role will be based five days per week on-site in our Stratford office, minimum 30 hours per week (working hours negotiable). Please do not apply if you are unable to commit to five days per week in the office.

This role will be the representative of Get Livings Celebration Avenue office and will ensure the smooth running of office operations. We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about developing their Procurement skills as you will also be providing administrative support to the Head of Procurement.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
To represent Get Living as the first point of contact for the Celebration Avenue office.
Communicate effectively with visitors, colleagues, couriers, suppliers and contractors; welcoming all visitors with a warm and friendly approach and in a professional manner.
Respond to office queries autonomously, whether in-person or email.
Manage the offices day-to-day requirements; be aware of all office operations and uphold general oversight of health and safety and compliance measures. Communicate effectively with all relevant parties to ensure a smooth running of operations.
Undertake regular compliance inspections of the office to ensure all health and safety systems are always fully adhered to and ensure issues are dealt with immediately.
Order office consumables and raise purchase orders on the P2P system.
Receive deliveries including lift and move parcels (manual handling), open and distribute post and arrange couriers.
Prepare the offices meeting rooms and event spaces ahead of meetings and events.
Support the HR team with the effective induction of new employees.
Maintain company and procurement databases.
Any additional / ad-hoc support as required by the Head of Procurement.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong customer service and administrative experience in a similar office-based role.
Key Skills & Competencies
Highly organised and efficient.
Good multitasker, with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload .
Diplomatic and professional in approach, able to communicate and deal with people at all levels with tact.
Team player with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
High levels of discretion and understand the need for confidentiality.
Able to build rapport both internally and externally.
Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office software to include Word and Excel, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
