We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. 35 Hours (flexible) per week office based. The ideal candidate for our office is to provide administrative support, managing office tasks, and maintaining efficient communication. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various clerical duties while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Duties
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Organise and maintain office files.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments.
Handle clerical duties including typing correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
Maintain office supplies inventors and placing orders when necessary.
Skills
Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritising workloads.
Excellent phone etiquette to provide a professional first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Familiarity with office procedures and practices to enhance overall efficiency within the workplace.
Competent in using computerised systems including Sage for various administrative functions.
