Key Responsibilities:
Document Management and Control:
Maintaining and updating records: This includes site registers, drawings, specifications, and other project-related documents.
Receiving, capturing, collating, and distributing information
Document and revision control: Implementing systems to track document versions and ensure that the latest information is always used.
Implementing and managing document management systems: This will involve electronic document management software such as rdrive for Quality Assurance purposes.

Communication and Coordination:
Dealing with queries, complaints, and requests for information: Responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Scheduling visits and meetings: Organizing site meetings, inductions, and other appointments.
Taking minutes at meetings: Recording key decisions and action points.
Office Management and General Administration:
Office management and general clerical duties: Maintaining site offices, managing stationery and supplies, and handling general correspondence.
Typing up documents and reports: Preparing professional and accurate written materials.
Managing diaries and booking rooms: Organizing the schedules and meeting spaces for the site team.
Coordinating logistics for site personnel and visitors.
Printing and photocopying: Producing necessary documents.

Support to Site Management:
Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports: Providing data and administrative support for progress reports.
Supporting site management with day-to-day site activities: This can include booking deliveries, organizing site access, and other logistical tasks.

Work related to the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Work related to human resource management (HR): This might include assisting with onboarding new staff, maintaining personnel records, and managing timesheets.
