About Raindance Film School
Raindance was founded in 1992 by Elliot Grove as a thought experiment: Can you make a film with no money, no training, and no experience? Since then, Raindance has grown into a global hub for independent filmmakers. Based in London, we offer internationally respected training programmes, host the annual Raindance Film Festival, and established the British Independent Film Awards.
Raindance Film School delivers HND, BA, and MA programmes in filmmaking, directing, screenwriting and acting, with a current student body of approximately 150 learners. We are committed to nurturing creativity, innovation, and professional development in the independent film sector.
