Office / Service / Project / Accounts Administrator
Due to expansion we are looking for a support person to work in our Looe Office. This is a full time office based role.
Primary Role
Accounts work on Xero and Other software
Carrying out Marketing
Ordering parts, materials and stock maintaining office stock and ordering supplies checking and authorising Invoices.
Assisting the Operations manager with paperwork
Assisting the MD with company support
Keeping our Database and Xero Accounts system up to date.
Supporting the service administrators
Holiday cover for other roles
Requirements
The ideal candidates will:
Have a
great
telephone manner and be friendly and well-organised
Have already had some customer service experience, preferably in the maintenance , security or electrical industry
Be organised with your paperwork and have relevant experience in an office environment
Be hardworking and highly motivated.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of MS Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
Knowledge of Xero an advantage
Possess good customer communication skills
Have GCSE or equivalent (grade C or higher) in Maths & English.
Need to be cleared by a Police CRB criminal convictions check
Flexible and understanding that things change in the industry and being able to adapt to changes hourly / daily.
