About The Role
Responsibilities:

Duties will include:
General office and administration duties as required.
Coordinating tasks and follow relevant processes as required.
Respond to and make phone calls to/from customers & respond to email enquiries/requests.
Accurate data input into relevant systems e.g. quotes, orders.
Maintaining accurate records.
Communicate in a professional manner when dealing with enquiries.
Prepare weekly reports.
Communicating with and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide cover for other job roles within the office when required within your capabilities.
Follow the company's internal standards as agreed.
Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analysing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
Competent user of MS Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Competent user of Tobermore Navision and Dynamics software once training has been completed.
Demonstrate the company values (H.E.A.R.T) in every task and colleague/customer interaction daily.
Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your manager.

Required Criteria
+ 5 GCSE's including English & Maths A - C or equivalent
o 6 months experience in an office environment o 6 months experience customer service experience
o High attention to detail o Adaptable to changing priorities
o Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills o Ability to work as part of a team and independently
+ Great communication & interpersonal skills
o Self-motivated o Ambitious and keen to succeed
Desired Criteria
+ A-levels
o Proficient in the use of MS Office to included excel o Experience using a computerised CRM system
+ Experience communicating via telephone, email or face to face with customers
o CRM experience o Telephone experience
+ Excellent administration skills
+ Full and clean driving licence
