CSS Environmental Ltd are M&E and refrigeration engineering contractors, working with businesses throughout London and the South East. CSS were established in 2002 and have over twenty years' experience working with all kinds of businesses - from one-man-bands to multi-national corporations, small offices to large hotels. We operate 24 hours 365 days-a-year to handle any maintenance and repairs.

At CSS Environmental Ltd, we provide a high-level service breakdown coverage for Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Air Condtioning and Ventillation. We also provide planned maintenance services and essential statuory compliance work as well as replacement equipment for our clients. Our company provides coverage of London and Southeast England with engineers on the road. We are a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a staff dedicated to upholding the best standards for our clients.

About the Role:



You will be work as part of our admin team being responsible for our day to day task. We work with a wide range of clients that we tailor our service to meet their needs, whether this will be maintaining customer portals, updating eta's, ordering parts, diary planning or maintaining the engineers. You will work closely with the rest of your team and will be supported by management, to ensure the monthly KPIs target is met.

The successful candiate will be team oriented with a willingness to expand their knowledge base and skills over time, and a focus of achieving team goals. CSS Environmental Ltd promote personal progession throughout the work place.

Responsibilities and Duties:



Maintaining all client and inhouse portals Taking phone calls from the clients and suppliers Ordering parts Dealing with queries in a timely manner Evaulate costings of jobs Quoting and Estimates of service work

Desired Skills:



Ability to work within deadlines Customer Service experience Office based experience IT experience. Excellent communication skills Adaptable and eager to learn Methodical, organised and disciplined

Hours:



35 Hours Monday to Friday, working an 8-hour day between 8am-6pm (flexible) Rotaed 1 in 4 weeks to take the on call phone Full-time, permanent
