Job Description

We are recruiting for an Office Administrator



Salary:



19,500k - 24,000k per annum (depending on skills/experience)

Location:



Offices at Langford, Essex (No remote, hybrid working).

Hours of Work:



08:30am-05:00pm (1hr unpaid break) Monday-Friday

EJT Renew Division:



Our Award Winning Insurance works Division plays a huge success in our company by ensuring that in all our work we show attention to detail and deliver quality projects on time and within budget, to continue to build a great reputation within the Construction insurance industry

The Role:



Assist all areas of the department in general admin, float between all areas to help and assist in busy times, this could include assisting the buyer, estimator, claims handlers, repair managers or Head of Department

Assist the departments when people are on holiday or off sick to ensure department still runs smoothly.

Assist in answering the main phone line and assisting updating customers where required

Download all reports from in-house software and issue out to relevant teams in department.

Create site folders for any new jobs that come in

Work with the lead role in each team of dept ensuring they have everything required for them to complete their job

About you:



Have good office and administrative skills.

Ability to work autonomously and to strict deadlines

Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure

Be flexible and adaptive to the needs of the business

Personable and Trustworthy

Team player

Ability to build positive and effective working relationships both internally and externally

Must have full driving licence and access to own vehicle due to office location
