What you'll be doing - your responsibilities



Receive and process orders from customers in a timely and efficient manner Bill Invoices and chase late payments (credit control) Liaise with our customers in a way that delivers our exceptional customer service On-board new customers in a seamless manner Liaise with our logistics partners in order to manage any logistics issues
(e.g. chase up deliveries that are late or have not been made on time)

Skills required for the job



Experience and confidence in using online tools to on-board customers, create POs, invoices and arrange logistics. Efficient with a customer-focused outlook. An ability to problem solve in a commercially astute manner. A people person, who is able to adapt and learn quickly as part of a family-run SME business in order to help drive the continued growth and success of the business. Computer literate in Microsoft Windows Basic numerical skills Basic accounting skills desirable but not essential as can be taught.

Compensation



Full time - 36 hours a week, or as required to get the job done 5 weeks annual holiday + bank holidays. 23,000- 28,000 depending on experience.
