Milton Keynes (onsite)

To ensure sufficient staff cover and maintain a high standard of customer service, preference will be given to those living locally or whose daily commute does not exceed 1 hour.*

Salary



25,000 per annum - commensurate with experience

Hours



Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm (full time)

Main Purposes of Job



Responsible for seamless business operations by providing administrative support to Project Manager and CEO. Serving as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, vendors and visitors.

Key Tasks



Update IT project management, support ticket and shared drive documentation Manage sales lead enquiries, update Salesforce and liaise with sales manager Assist with marketing admin and update social media platforms Monitor company inbox daily, manage email correspondence and respond to queries Update finance records using Xero as requested by CEO Organise meetings, schedule appointments and oversee catering during company events Design streamlined office workflows where required Liaise with building facilities staff to welcome visitors and new starters Any other duties as reasonably required, supporting the office team with administrative tasks as needed

Essential Skills



Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Executive Assistant or other relevant position Good working knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Mac OS, Xero Accounting, SaleForce, Outlook and MS Teams Exceptional organisational and time management skills Comprehensive presentation skills and customer services knowledge Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of accounting procedures such as bookkeeping and other general financial procedures Proficient in managing business correspondence with the ability to handle confidential information Excellent problem-solving skills, a 'can do' attitude, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people

Desirable Skills



RQF Levels 3/4 in Business Administration
