We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and maintaining efficient office procedures. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various clerical duties while fostering a professional and organised work environment.
Duties
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing as needed.
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Support the team with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, memos, and other documents.
Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised to promote productivity.
Skills
Proficient in computerised systems with strong typing skills.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
Demonstrated phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues.
Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document creation and management.
Experience in general office duties and clerical work is preferred.
