Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule work and logistics to ensure efficient operations.
Administer customer orders and manage supplier purchases.
Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Respond to emails and phone inquiries with a professional demeanor.
Utilise platforms such as Slack, Notion, and Office programs to facilitate communication and task management (training can be given).
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred, but we welcome applications from enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.
Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Slack and Notion is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
