GB Groundworks and Civils Ltd are in search of an office administrator with construction/groundworks knowledge (not totally essential if you are willing to learn). the administration side is just as important.
We have systems in place that require a more dedicated person to administer to a high standard.
Registers for our plant and equipment, vehicle maintenenace schedules, etc.
Answer calls that come in and field them to the appropriate person. Make appointments for surveys and pricing purposes.
Log calls and mangae the company diary which you will take ownership of.
Company time sheets liaising with clients regarding payments and queries.
This is an opportunity for the right person with a proven track record to come into a growing business and grow along side it.
This position could fit in with school times and be more part time.
