The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining an efficient office environment, supporting customer enquiries & processing orders and facilitating communication within the organisation.

Duties



Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace. Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure availability. Assist in the preparation of documents Support financial operations by managing invoices and using for order processing. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to important documents. Collaborate with team members to enhance office procedures and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Proficiency in using computer software is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
