We have an exciting job opportunity for a part-time Administrative Assistant, working in a friendly environment, located at our offices in Washington, Tyne and Wear.
The role consists of 2 working days / 16 hours a week, Thursday and Friday, with additional hours required to cover holidays.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including answering phone calls, managing customer correspondence, handling clerical tasks and ensuring efficient office operations as well as having the following:
Administrative and Clerical Skills
Experience in Administrative Assistance
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Proficiency with office software, including Sage and Accura MIS software is an advantage, however training can be provided.
