We're a small but growing electrical contracting company with a team of 10, working across commercial, industrial, retail, and education projects. We're looking for a proactive and well-organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our office on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
General admin support including filing, document control and phone/email handling
Maintaining job files, quotes, and RAMS documentation
Coordinating staff training, H&S certificates, and compliance records
Raising invoices, chasing payments, and supporting basic bookkeeping
Ordering materials and managing supplier communication
Scheduling jobs and assisting with timesheet management
Supporting pre-qualification questionnaires and client admin
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an office admin role (construction experience a bonus)
Organised, efficient, and detail-focused
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable learning new systems (e.g., Xero or project management tools)
Friendly, approachable, and able to manage your own workload
Able to work independently and prioritise tasks

17-20 per hour (depending on experience)
20 hours per week (ideally over 4-5 days, flexible hours)
