Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm ((Flexibility around working hours can be discussed)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator within our busy Landscape/Construction Company who will provide support to all areas of the business.
Previous knowledge of the Construction Industry would be an advantage but not essential.
This role will offer an interesting and diverse work load and provides essential support to the daily functioning of the business.
Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for the company
Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders with the emphasis on suppliers
Pricing and procurement of materials & machinery hire
Providing support to all Managers and areas of the business
Maintaining utility contracts
Data entry & basic bookkeeping
Updating company website & social media
What you'll need:
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Enthusiastic and highly motivated
Strong communication skills
Strong IT skills, specifically using MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
Able to work alone and as part of team
Excellent attention to detail
Able to prioritise and work on own initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
