We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities
Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
Handling correspondence via email and phone, ensuring timely responses
Supporting invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
Coordinating office supplies procurement and inventory management
Assisting with administrative projects as required to support team efficiency
Experience
Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Prior experience in a similar administrative role will be advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
