Office Administrator - Part time employed

The Role - Administrative Assistant



You will be tasked with providing superb levels of support to Clients and the team within the office. You will be a key member of the team dealing with a wide range of tasks supporting your colleagues and clients. Full training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge. You will be primarily involved with multiple admin activities, calendar management, you will also manage and collate company data.

Specifically your role will involve:



Diary Management

Correspondence for clients and providers.

Working with back office systems, collating reviews and financial data.

Preparing cases and client review files

The Person - Administrative Assistant



To be considered as an Administrative Assistant, you will need: Proven work experience as an Administrator or within an office support role. Financial Services experience is useful but not essential.

Excellent customer service and the ability to build a rapport and manage client relationships. Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet Good time management and planning skills Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs

It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.

Desirable, experience in back office systems such as Intelliflo, XPlan or similar Experience in dealing with accounts is also useful but not essential.

Salary dependent upon experience

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: 12,500.00-16,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:

Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 3 years (required)
