About the Role:



We're looking for an organized, proactive

Office Administrator

to help keep our sales and operations running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for handling customer emails, managing orders, reordering supplies, and supporting a bit of everything -- from admin tasks to light finance work. If you're someone who loves staying on top of details, keeping things moving, and making life easier for everyone around you, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing:



Be the first point of contact for customer and supplier emails -- answering questions, sending quotes, and keeping everyone informed. Manage sales orders from start to finish -- processing, invoicing, and making sure everything gets delivered on time. Coordinate reordering of stock and supplies with our vendors. Support the sales team with admin tasks like updating the CRM, creating simple reports, and tracking client activity. Help out with light accounting work -- logging invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with monthly reporting. Keep our office and systems organized (and help spot ways to make things even smoother!). Jump in to support special projects and team needs whenever they pop up.

What We're Looking For:



Super organized and good at juggling lots of moving parts. Strong communication skills -- friendly, clear, and professional. Experience with admin, sales support, customer service, or similar roles. Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), and accounting tools (bonus if you know QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and doesn't wait to be asked. A positive, team-player attitude -- we're big on collaboration and helping each other out.

Nice to Have:



2+ years of experience in an admin, operations, sales support, or customer service role. Familiarity with B2B environments or supply chain processes. A knack for finding ways to make workflows better and more efficient.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
