Dewatering Services Limited (Based in Elworth, Sandbach) are recruiting a part time administrator to work on Fridays plus one other day per week. Hours are 8:30 to 16:30. This position is to eventually become full time Monday to Friday, replacing our current administrator in approximately 12 months' time.
Duties
Duties include:
Dealing with incoming post, emails and telephone calls
Liaising with customers, suppliers, the company accounts manager and engineers
Collating hourly paid employee hours for payroll
Record keeping - company vehicles, stock, expenses, training, reports and assessments
Processing supplier purchase invoices and ordering basic supplies
Collating delivery/collection notes and employee timesheets to raise client invoices.
Requirements
Proven knowledge of the office environment in the construction sector preferred. Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook essential, together with strong typing and document presentation skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent organisation and time management abilities will be required. You will be a team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. You will have a proactive, professional approach to client and team interactions.
Subject to DBS and right to work in the UK
Monthly paid. Twenty days holiday plus bank holidays. Pension scheme, annual bonus and pay rise.
