We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented service co-ordinator/Office Administrator to join our team.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. If you have strong organizational skills, excellent computer skills, and a passion for maintaining an efficient office environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Responsible for engineers diaries
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
- Supporting engineers with their quotations
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
-Copy and send out quotations
-Raise call outs to engineers
- Manage office calendars and schedule appointments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computerized office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
