Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment
Greet and assist with telephone calls, employees and visitors
Handle incoming and out going correspondence
Maintain organised filling system (physical and digital)
Support management with administrative tasks and special projects
Manage calendar's, schedule appointments and organise meetings
Assist with basic book keeping
must be confident using Microsoft excel, word and outlook.
This is a part-time role potentially leading to full-time for the right candidate, hours and time can be negotiated during interview stages.
