As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for processing orders, managing outstanding payments, and addressing inquiries from both new and existing customers. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional telephone etiquette will help us maintain our high standards of service and support our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Chase outstanding payments and manage accounts receivable.
Respond to inquiries from customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions in the UK.
Coordinate logistics for shipping and inventory management.
Maintain filing and record-keeping systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Exhibit professional telephone skills when communicating with clients and suppliers.
Ensure the office and showroom are clean and presentable for meetings and staff.
Assist with daily office operations, including scheduling and supply management.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role within the UK.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional telephone etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
