We're looking for a full-time
Office Administrator
to join our fun, dynamic and friendly team, on a temporary 3 month basis. You'll play a key role in supporting our Reservations team with enquiry and booking administration and assisting our Guest Services team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
What You'll Do:
Assist our busy Reservations team with logging enquiries, creating and updating booking confirmations, checking our OTA platforms and updating calendars
Help our Guest Experience team to prepare for arrivals, send check in information to guests, log maintenance issues and collect post stay feedback and reviews
Assist our Marketing team to maintain accurate listings on online platforms
Support Marketing and Client Relationship teams with promotional and business development activities
Handle phone calls, emails and general correspondence
Help with the setting up and integration of our new Property Management System
Who We're Looking For:
An experienced Administrator, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality and client service. You'll need to be confident managing multiple tasks in a busy office, communicating effectively, and working collaboratively across departments.
Essential experience:
2 + years in Office Administration
2 + years in Hospitality

Office hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
