Office Administrator
We are looking for a self motivated well organized person to join our small selective team based in Guilsfield, SY21 9DG.
The ideal candidate would be able to carryout multiple tasks at the same time whilst keeping the office flowing.
Proven experience in a administrative related position required, along with computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office)
Duties to include
Answering the phone
Sending emails
Sourcing and ordering materials
Inputting into Xero
Scheduling
Fleet Management
Health & Safety
Accommodation Bookings
Backing up other departments
General Admin tasks
Working hours 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary dependent on experience
