We're looking for a confident and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Worthing. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong organisation, problem-solving skills, and a calm, friendly manner with customers.
You'll play a key role in supporting engineers, handling customer enquiries, managing appointments, and keeping our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Answering phone calls and replying to customer emails
Providing product and pricing information
Booking appointments accurately
Managing engineers' and surveyor's daily schedules
Arranging Access Hire with third-party providers
Liaising with suppliers for delivery updates
Handling and escalating customer queries
Processing customer payments
Supporting customers with product-related queries
Maintaining customer records
Overseeing company vehicle maintenance (MOTs, tax, repairs, parts)
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience
in an administrative or customer service role
Strong IT and communication skills
Able to work independently and stay organised under pressure
Comfortable handling a wide range of tasks and priorities
Willing to occasionally work from our showroom when cover is needed
