We are seeking a reliable Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices, payments, and general paperwork
Maintain customer files and compliance records
Assist with bookings, logistics, and diary management
Answer calls, emails, and provide front-office support
Support sales and aftersales teams as needed
Requirements
Admin experience preferred
Strong organisational and IT skills
Excellent attention to detail
Professional communication
Full UK driving licence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 23,500.00-28,000.00 per year
