Burley & Elsom Ltd are are a Lincoln-based electrical contractor, specialising in commercial installations. Established in 2014, we have recently moved into a new office space and are looking to expand our small, friendly team with the help of a new Health & Safety Office Administrator.
We are seeking someone with a demonstrable background in Contract/Health & Safety Administration, who ideally possesses the IOSH Managing Safely or an equivalent qualification. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and compliance throughout the business. They will have strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge and experience of GDPR principles.

Key Responsibilities
Administration for contracts
Maintaining and updating H&S documentation in line with annual audit
Maintaining compliance with E-learning
Updating Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, RAMS, TBT
Managing spreadsheets Staff Details/H&S Audit/Training Matrix
Elements of HR
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
IOSH Managing Safely or Business & Administration qualification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT
Knowledge and experience in working with job management software
Knowledge and experience in working with GDPR principles
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
They will be proactive, adaptable and capable of using their initiative to anticipate future business requirements
Salary
Salary will be commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications.
