Office Administrator / Bookkeeper (Self-Employed)


Part-time | Tuesday & Wednesday, 10:00 am-2:00 pm

We're looking for a friendly and organised

Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

to join our team on a

self-employed basis

. You'll help keep the office running smoothly, assist accounts manager on occasion with zero , and make sure everything behind the scenes stays on track.

What You'll Do



Keep the office organised and handle day-to-day admin as part of the team. Help with bookkeeping when required within Xero. Support management and the team with general admin tasks. Communicate with staff, suppliers, and other contacts. Prepare reports and meeting documents. Keep records up to date and accurate.

What We're Looking For



Experience in admin or bookkeeping. Confident using

Xero

and

Microsoft Office

. Good understanding of basic accounts and bookkeeping. Organised, reliable, and great at managing your time. High attention to detail and accuracy. Able to

work on your own

and

as part of a team

. Must be

self-employed

and able to manage your own tax.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
