Part-Time Customer Care/Office Administrator for Plumbing & Heating Company based in Wrington, North Somerset.
We are looking for a reliable and organised part-time customer care/office administrator to support our Customer Care Manager within a busy plumbing and heating company.
What You'll Do:
Assist the Customer Care Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
Maintain records and update basic computer systems
Provide holiday cover when the Customer Care Manager is away
General office duties to support smooth business operations.
Skills & Experience:
Basic computer skills are essential
Experience or knowledge in plumbing, heating or general maintenance would be beneficial but not essential.
Strong communication and organisation skills and able to work under pressure.
Hours & Pay:
3 days per week
Salary to be discussed based on experience
