This would be a temporary contract to begin with for a period of around 6 months, which could be extended beyond this time.

Fully office-based role
Please note this role will have an immediate start before the end of November, and therefore to be considered for this role you must be immediately available to commence employment, and work throughout December.
Main duties in the role:
Delivering first-class customer service via telephone and email
Proactively manage customer accounts - updating customers on deliveries, assisting them with placing repeat orders, dealing with account credit management queries etc
Making outbound calls to existing customers as necessary to manage their account
Sales order processing
General administration and data entry
Assisting the wider customer service team as necessary
Skills, experience, and attributes required:
Customer Service (office-based) experience is essential to be considered for this role - minimum of 18 months
Office administrative experience is also essential - minimum of 18 months
A proactive work ethic, with a positive 'can do' mindset
Great team player
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Good systems user with strong IT skills
