We provide clear, professional advice on valuations, party wall matters, homebuyer reports and more - combining traditional expertise with modern, client-focused service.
We're now looking for a confident and organised Office Administrator / Office Manager to join our busy and growing team to help us manage our growing workload.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the smooth running of our surveying practice.
You'll be the first point of contact for clients and responsible for day-to-day office coordination, diary management, and general administration.
Key responsibilities:
Managing incoming enquiries by phone and email, providing excellent client communication.
Scheduling survey appointments and managing surveyors' diaries.
Preparing and issuing quotes, invoices, and reports.
Maintaining accurate client and job records using our internal systems.
Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and other professionals.
Assisting with social media posts, document templates, and general office organisation.
Supporting directors with ad-hoc admin tasks as needed.
About You
We're looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a professional environment.
Essential skills:
Strong written and verbal communication.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Positive, friendly attitude and a professional manner.
Desirable experience:
Previous experience in property, surveying, legal, or construction sectors.
Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting systems.
Familiarity with RICS or residential property terminology.
