Office Administrator & Personal Assistant
to support the smooth running of the business.
This is a key role within the company, ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a creative environment.
The Role
As Office Administrator & PA, you'll be the backbone of the studio -- keeping everything organised behind the scenes while supporting the Directors with day to day admin and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day office administration and studio organisation
Acting as Personal Assistant to the Director, including diary management and scheduling
Handling emails, phone enquiries, and general correspondence
Preparing quotes, invoices, and basic financial admin
Coordinating suppliers, freelancers, and deliveries
Maintaining project schedules and assisting with event logistics
Keeping records, documents, and systems up to date
Carrying out miscellaneous tasks to support the team and directors.
The Ideal Candidate
You're organised, detail-driven, and naturally proactive. You enjoy bringing structure to busy environments and take pride in keeping things running smoothly. You're confident communicating with clients and suppliers, comfortable working independently, and adaptable when priorities shift which they often do in events.
You're also someone who enjoys being part of a creative business and understands that flexibility and a positive attitude go a long way in a fast-moving studio.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in office administration or PA support
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Confidence using email, calendars, and standard office software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Full right to work in the UK
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Experience within a creative, events, or design-led business
Basic bookkeeping or invoicing experience using Quickbooks
Familiarity with scheduling, project management, or CRM systems
