MMPL (Millennium Medical Products Limited) commenced trading in 1998 and is now one of the UK's leading manufacturers of Medical Gas Equipment supplying to almost every hospital in the UK and successfully increasing our supply worldwide. MMPL lead the way by constantly creating new innovative Medical Gas Products and welcome a new administrator to join us along the way.
As first point of contact for the business, the right candidate must be polite and take calls in a warm a professional manner.
The ideal candidate will will responsible for:
Making and receiving calls to customers and suppliers
General office duties
Office stock control
Typing sending letters and emails
Scanning
Filing
Liaising with the shop floor to produce product identification.
Assisting the sales team with administrative duties
Updating Training records
Health & Safety record updating
Organising couriers
The perfect candidate must have:

Ability to work under pressure

Working hours - 8:30am till 4:30pm Monday to Friday
