We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. Duties
Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical
Performing data entry tasks accurately using different platforms
Collate information and send out key reports to clients
Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
Handling mail distribution
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with supplies
Assisting with basic HR duties such as onboarding new staff
Experience
Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
Clerical experience that highlights attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to multitask effectively
