We're now looking for a well-presented, proactive
Office Administrator
to be the face and voice of our
Orpington showroom
-- handling inbound calls, managing leads through our CRM, and giving customers a warm, professional welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
Duties
:
Answering all inbound calls and directing enquiries to the right team member
Logging new enquiries and managing leads through our internal CRM system
Supporting showroom visitors -- offering a friendly welcome and coordinating introductions to design consultants
Booking appointments and updating calendars for the sales team
Managing general admin including printing, file updates, and basic order prep
Handling customer queries with confidence and care, both over the phone and face-to-face
We're Looking For:
A confident communicator with a great phone manner
Well-organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using digital tools -- CRM or admin system experience a bonus
Presentable and approachable, with a calm, unflappable attitude
Experience in admin, front-of-house, or sales support preferred
A team player who enjoys supporting others and takes pride in delivering a brilliant customer experience
