Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Handle client correspondence and phone inquiries with professionalism. Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and Accountancy related softwares. Assist with data entry and clerical duties to support accounting processes. Organize schedules, meetings, and office supplies efficiently. Support team members with administrative needs to enhance productivity. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Contribute to creating a welcoming and professional office environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or similar roles. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail. Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software is a plus. Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred. Professional attitude with a focus on customer service.
