At Wilbar Associates we are seeking an experienced and organised Office Administrator to join our processing and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our course paperwork, filing, awarding body applications and outreach. The role will also require the successful candidate to learn the general office day to day duties to help with maintaning smooth running during busier periods in other departments and to cover holiday periods of office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Liase with awarding bodies
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running processing for our course paperwork.
Speak with and assist clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
Ensure a organised and accessable record of the course paperwork.
Preparing course materials
Coordinating outreach efforts
Requirements:
Proven experience as in similar administration roles
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personable and professional phone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
The role is perfect for someone trying to fit in some work around family life or semi retired as the hours are flexible providing the role is carried out each week.
