Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen within My Leisure Home for a Office / Aftersales Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, a can do attitude and be able to work well in a team and on their own initiative. We require someone who is confident talking on the telephone and face to face and also to be very reliable.
Duties to Include but not limited to :
- Liaising with Customers, Site Owners and Contractors
- Day to day running of the office
- Book and chase jobs with contractors
- Creating welcome packs for our clients
- Dealing with insurance quotations
- Providing assistance to managerial roles
- Dealing with jobs to provide smooth handovers and aftersales
-Liaising with Cleaners
The successful candidate will need to have a Full UK Driving licence and their own vehicle, full training will be provided. Applications will be treated with full confidentiality.
