We are one of the UK's fastest growing specialist glazing solution providers offering high quality products manufactured in house and installed nationwide by our expert fitting teams.
Due to phenomenal growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Route Planning Co-ordinator within our busy Aftersales department. You will primarily be responsible for the efficient and cost effective routing of a team of seven engineers working nationwide in the UK. This will involve balancing customer needs and expectations, geographic location and distance. At times you will also will deal with post installation queries via telephone and e mail.
You will portray professionalism and confidence and be able to build and maintain close relationships with our customers. As an integral part of the job you will be required to provide customers with an excellent level of service ensuring efficiency of order processing, query resolution and problem solving. It is critical that you are confident in accepting ownership of issues through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize field engineers routes
Dealing with incoming post installation customer telephone and e mail queries and following up in a proactive and expedient manner
Possess, or have the ability to learn quickly, technical knowledge on the manufacture, working and installation of glazing industry products
Dealing with customer queries and complaints offering advice and guidance on resolution
Collaborate with all relevant internal departments including Sales, Installations and Aftersales
Build specific product knowledge
Efficient management of customer orders via established Company processes
Experience and Qualifications required
Previous experience of Route Planning
A confident and polite telephone manner
Maths & English GCSE or equivalent grades A-C or 4-9
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
Excellent time management and personal organisation skills
Ability to work towards strict and demanding deadlines
Previous experience within the construction or glazing industry would be beneficial although not essential
To succeed in the role, you will need to be professional, flexible and have a proactive can-do attitude to work
