Due to the ongoing growth of the business, we are seeking a dedicated and efficient Office and Accounts Administrator to assist with the day-to-day operations of our busy office. This is a role that requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
In a varied role you will (not limited to):
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, post) efficiently.
Support financial administration, including processing invoices (basic level).
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
Maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Printing and photocopying along with general office duties
About you:
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with Sage 50 or similar
Experience as an Office Administrator, Accounts Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A professional and friendly demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Discreet and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
