Job description
Part of a small friendly team based in Skelmersdale, the company has a global footprint with it's headquarters in Denmark.
The following are the core responsibilities of the receptionist/administrator.
Cash flow management and projection.
Reconciling bank statements against accounts nominals
Data input
Processing payments in bank software
Petty cash management
Running nominal reports
Credit control management
Management of office utilities, stationery, leases etc.
Purchase and sales invoicing
General administration, telephone and typing, along with front of house role for visitors.
The above list is not exhaustive, there may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks, this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels:
Ability to deal with telephone calls in a confident and professional manner is required. Use of accounting software and an understanding of Word, Excel & Outlook is essential.
