We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Polo Club office. We are a small, family-run business which offers lessons and competitive polo on our string of fantastic ponies. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and natural ability to liaise confidentially and appropriately with existing and potential clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently to enable the continued growth of the Club.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
Maintain an up-to-date database of current and potential clients
Proactively contact potential clients
Maintain social media accounts
Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
Communicate effectively with team members and clients demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confidence in following up on warm leads to engage and convert potential clients
Experience in supervising staff and managing teams is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
