The Role

We're looking for a

Technically-Minded Office Manager

to oversee the

day-to-day running

of our business.
You'll be at the centre of our operations - supporting customers, coordinating with our technicians, and making sure everything flows efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls, inquiries, and customer complaints Liaising with mobile technicians and assisting with technical questions Coordinating schedules and ensuring jobs run smoothly Acting as the link between customers, staff, and management
You'll have my full support as the business owner, with direct access to me whenever you need guidance or decisions.

What We're Looking For:

Someone with

technical knowledge

(automotive experience preferred) Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with customers and staff Experience in management or coordination (advantageous but not essential) A proactive and organised problem solver

Location:

We are moving into a new unit soon, so you must be able to commute easily to

one of these areas
