We're looking for a Office and People Coordinator to join our talented People team! You will be the heartbeat of our workplace, keeping day-to-day operations running seamlessly while helping to shape and reinforce a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture. Through attention to detail in our HR processes, you'll uphold the highest standards of efficiency and compliance -- from onboarding and absence management to maintaining accurate employee records.

By proactively communicating policies, coordinating events, and ensuring processes run smoothly, you'll help create an exceptional employee experience across every stage of the journey with us.###
What You'll Do
Office & Facilities Management
Oversee the smooth running of office operations and facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.
Coordinate company travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
People Operations
Deliver outstanding service to colleagues by monitoring and responding to queries via Wanstor's Peoplemailbox.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures, clearly communicating them to managers and employees to ensure queries are resolved promptly and policies are consistently applied.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including:
Onboarding: Offers of employment, pre-employment screening, induction coordination.
Offboarding: Leavers' checklist, exit interviews, feedback surveys, and return of company property.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS and HR tools are kept up to date, used effectively, and adopted consistently across the business.
Prepare and manage documentation for changes in employee terms and conditions.
Oversee absence management processes, including monitoring holiday entitlement, tracking absence triggers, and conducting return-to-work interviews.
Ensure all HR processes are efficient, compliant, and continuously improved.
Culture, Engagement & Events
Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-led workplace culture through proactive engagement initiatives.
Take ownership of the company's social and volunteering calendar and events, planning and delivering activities that bring colleagues together and strengthen company culture.
Support smooth transitions of people-related projects and initiatives into Business-as-Usual (BAU).
People Insights & Continuous Improvement
Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards, reporting on key KPIs such as, absence, engagement, and utilisation of learning and benefits platforms.
Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Use employee feedback to identify themes and implement improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Continuously review and optimise people processes, systems, and initiatives to support business needs
