Inspire Home Automation manufactures and sells smart thermostats to landlords, specifically for HMOs, village halls, holiday lets, and caravan parks. We are looking for a dynamic new team member with a passion for customer service to join our team.

Office and Production Support

This role would suit someone who enjoys a multi-tasking environment where every day can be different, allowing you to learn new skills and take on new challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manufacturing smart thermostats for stock - full training will be given Logging manufacturing faults Supporting the managers in stock monitoring Answer inbound

telephone

calls and provide

support

to clients and installers. Support the Sales team in booking and following up on sales consultations. Respond to

emails

,

text messages

, and other forms of customer communication. Follow up with customers to ensure that issues have been resolved and that we have provided the best service possible. Processing and monitoring customer returns and repairs. Logging and tracking customer support requests, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate records We are a team! As

Office and Production Support,

you will have:

Have a keen interest in technology and how things work. Especially with how devices connect to the internet. Fantastic verbal and written communication skills Positive, highly self-motivating, have a can-do attitude and not afraid to ask questions (This is important) Enthusiastic and hardworking The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Competent computer skills and ideal experience using a CRM Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (specifically Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook and Teams The desire to learn and grow Have an understanding of how thermostats and heating work; whatever knowledge you have, we will build on it.

What you can expect from us



37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday (9.30 am to 5.30 pm) 22 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (30 days in total) Casual Dress Cycle to Work scheme On-site Parking Regular Staff outings and incentives Chance to develop into other roles in the future Yearly Bonus Up to 26,000 per year, depending on experience

Dog Lovers Welcome! We have office dogs who reside in the office from Monday to Friday. Please only apply if you are okay with having dogs sleep under your desk and request hugs on your break.

Although experience is preferred, a strong attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Training will be given, along with additional on-the-job training with the creators of the product and the operations manager. Due to this, some training will be arranged out of hours for one-to-one training. Some Saturdays may be required, which will be paid as overtime or taken back in lieu.
