About the role




We are looking for an Office Apprentice who is eager to develop their office management skills and gain experience in a supportive environment, with a view to building a career as a Personal or Executive Assistant.


Office Apprentice responsibilities will include three main areas: office administration, personal assistant duties and contributing to event planning.


Office Administration tasks will include checking and ordering stock, maintaining shared areas, supporting with Health and Safety requirements and responding to routine enquiries Developing as a personal assistant, you'll work with the admin team to manage shared inboxes, support colleagues with diary management and arrange meeting timings and logistics. You will also be involved with planning and delivering internal events; researching and booking venues, caterers and suppliers, and providing on-the-day support with set-up and logistics.

Our Office Apprentice role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to experience work in a professional services setting and learn core office management skills as well as giving you the chance to take ownership of self-directed projects. You will have coaching and mentoring from experienced office managers and executive assistants and be supported in developing toward your career goals.


Our operations team are enthusiastic, self-motivated and take pride in helping our delivery team to put their best foot forward with client work. Being flexible, hardworking and willing to learn is vital for success in this role.





About you







We're looking for someone who is motivated to learn and grow in a role that offers long term progression. A successful candidate will be someone who has a positive approach to challenges, can think of creative solutions and is brilliant at building relationships.




Having the following skills will be important to succeeding in this role:

Enthusiastic and eager to learn Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, solution-focused problem solving Able to work well both independently and as part of a team Attention to detail Strong organisational skills Basic IT skills (MS Office)
