We are now looking to recruit an Apprentice Office Administrator to join our growing business. We are seeking proactive candidates to undertake all admin duties within the company.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
Assisting with general administrative duties and processes.
Effectively using systems and procedures to ensure all documentation (Spreadsheets/Word Documents/PowerPoints) are correctly updated and completed.
Assisting with booking meetings and documenting minutes and actions.
Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls.
Liaising with colleagues to prioritise customer scheduling/quoting requirements.
Allocating technicians' work and reviewing technician work reports.
Data entry.
Cross-referencing various reports, extracting key data.
Raising purchase orders.
Carrying out any additional tasks as required by senior colleagues.
Skills and knowledge required:
A keen interest in the automotive industry within a business environment (preferred).
Exceptional organisational skills.
Keen attention to detail.
IT literate.
Strong written, face-to-face, and telephone communication skills.
